A mix of online courses with offline learning opportunities provide an excellent offer to develop our employees. The Modis training program aims to support you by helping you gain the expertise you need in your current function and to prepare you for the next steps in your career.

Capability Academy

To ensure that employees can perform, innovate, and grow in the business areas important to the company, we have set up an official PMI certification programme through our internal PMBOK Training.

Next to this, everyone is encouraged to attend our monthly Lunch & Learn which includes topics such as ‘How to Manage Effective User Acceptance Testing’, ‘H2020 Europe & Brexit vs EU grants’ or ‘Lean and Six Sigma’. For our ClinMed department, we have workshops around health and patientcare. Past topics include ‘Aromatherapies in healthcare’ and ‘KATZ Scale’.

All trainings are co-designed with internal and external experts to expose internal areas of expertise, bring in experts, and advance the state of knowledge. As a senior consultant you can actively contribute within the Academy community.
